Taster Sessions
If you are new to yoga and wish to join our classes when there will be other new students joining Yoga Flex, then the taster session is the best place to start. These classes are run as part of the regular class.
Taster sessions tend to work all the major muscle groups, enabling you to explore and establish your range of movement and to identify what your individual development requirements are.
Regularly practicing yoga has many benefits, for example, improved flexibility, balance and strength and reduced muscle fatigue and injury. Our classes are popular with people looking to supplement their training in other sports, such as racket sports, martial arts and running. The classes have been popular with both men and women alike.
Pre-booking is required for these sessions. Please do book in so that we can make sure that you get the most out of your session.
