Yoga Flex was founded by the author of Yoga for Flexibility, Strength and Balance and the classes follow this methodology. We currently offer private one-to-one tuition and small group classes.
We recommend booking in for a taster session. As well as giving you a chance to try out one of our yoga classes, we will also discuss your motivations and aspirations. This will help us to tailor future classes to match your needs. Sessions are suitable for beginners.
